1. What This Add-on Does
This Gmail Add-on reads the content of unread emails in a user’s inbox and uses an AI model to suggest a reply, which the user may choose to use, edit, or discard.
2. Information We Access
- Email metadata: Subject, sender, timestamp
- Email body: Content of unread messages in the current thread
- Gmail identity: For authentication and authorization within Google Workspace
3. How Your Data Is Used
- Message content is passed securely to a third-party AI API (e.g., OpenAI) for response generation.
- The AI’s suggested reply is returned to the add-on for display.
- We do not store, log, or share your emails, drafts, or AI-generated content.
4. Third-Party Services
The add-on uses external AI services (e.g., OpenAI) which process the content solely for reply generation. These services do not retain or reuse email content, per their respective privacy agreements.
5. Data Security
- All data transmission is encrypted (TLS)
- Access is limited to authenticated users within the Elite Wheel Distributors domain
- OAuth scopes are strictly limited to what is necessary
6. No User Tracking
The add-on does not track user behavior, usage statistics, or interaction data beyond what Google Workspace already logs.
7. User Control
- Users retain full control of whether or not to use a drafted reply.
- Generated drafts are not automatically sent and require user approval.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy as needed. Continued use implies consent to the current version.
