Organization: Elite Wheel Distributors, Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Auto Draft Email Assistant Gmail Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.
2. Purpose and Functionality
The add-on is designed to assist internal users by automatically drafting email replies to unread messages in Gmail using an AI engine. Drafts are suggestions only and must be reviewed before sending.
3. Eligibility
Use of this add-on is limited to authorized employees of Elite Wheel Distributors, Inc. Unauthorized access or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Handling
- The add-on reads email subject lines and bodies from your Gmail inbox.
- Data is sent securely to a third-party AI service (e.g. OpenAI) for processing.
- Drafts returned are shown in the add-on sidebar for your review.
- We do not store, resell, or repurpose any email data.
5. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Generated replies are for internal productivity use only. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, relevance, or appropriateness of suggested responses.
6. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the add-on at any time without notice. Continued use after updates constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
7. Termination
We may revoke access to the add-on at any time if these terms are violated or if system misuse is detected.
8. Limitation of Liability
The add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Elite Wheel Distributors, Inc. is not liable for damages arising from reliance on drafted content.
